Regular Grade Prophecy Stones from the White Desert in Egypt. 

These prophecy stones are a pseudo morph of Hematite / Limonite after Marcasite.

A Pseudo Morph is:

1. A mineral that has the crystalline form of another mineral rather than the form normally characteristic of its own composition.

The Hematite and Limonite replace the previous Marcasite in these pieces. 

Pieces vary and may not look exactly like what is pictured.
